MuzzGen is built on Islamic principles of respect, kindness, and constructive dialogue. We expect all users to adhere to these values in their interactions.

2. Content Standards

2.1 Allowed Content

We welcome content that:

• Promotes Islamic knowledge and values
• Encourages positive discussions
• Shares beneficial personal experiences
• Provides helpful advice within Islamic guidelines

2.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

• Blasphemy or disrespect towards Islamic beliefs
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Harassment or bullying
• False religious claims or fatwas without evidence
• Explicit or inappropriate content
• Promotion of violence or illegal activities

3. Posting Guidelines

3.1 Anonymous Posting

While we allow anonymous posting, users are still responsible for following all community guidelines.

3.2 AI Assistant Usage

Our Muslim AI assistant is designed to provide general Islamic information. Do not use it to:

• Seek fatwas on complex personal matters
• Test its knowledge with inappropriate questions
• Spread misinformation based on its responses

3.3 Prayer Tracking

The prayer tracker is a personal tool. Do not use it to:

• Judge others' religious practice
• Boast about your own consistency

4. Moderation

Our moderation team will:

• Review reported content within 24 hours
• Remove violating content
• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts for repeated violations

You can help by reporting content that violates these guidelines.

5. Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity, violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Legal action for severe cases

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or your account was unfairly suspended:

1. Contact our support team at support@muzzgen.com
2. Provide relevant details and evidence
3. Our team will review your case within 3 business days

7. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as our community grows. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
